Chris “Doc” Stewart’s Cannonball Adderley tribute website cannonballjazz.com has more than a little about the legendary altoist—transcriptions, reviews, youtube videos, etc. However, a unique piece is a long “autobiography” of Adderley that Stewart cobbled together from many different interviews. A true labor of love. Steart writes:
